"I work too hard." Believe it or not, some repeat this old joke in interviews when buying time while trying to think of a real answer. If you're trying to find a new job you will surely run into someone that wants to know about your weaknesses, so in order to ensure that you are prepared with an answer beyond a lame joke, use these resources to prepare. Everyone has weaknesses, so you should clearly tell the truth and let them know your real weaknesses, but, also make sure that you can point to how you have overcome your shortcomings, and how you are working on overcoming them altogether.
